Joe Rutigliano

Joe Rutigliano has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joe started their career at General Nutrition Centers, Inc, where they initially worked as a Sales Associate from April 2006 to September 2009. Joe then became an Assistant Store Manager, assisting with daily operations and achieving sales goals. From August 2011 to April 2012, Joe worked as a Store Manager, further demonstrating their leadership skills and ability to manage a retail store.

In 2012, Joe joined RingCentral as an Account Executive, where they contributed to the success of the cloud computing-based business phone systems company. During their tenure, Joe played a key role in improving productivity for thousands of customers worldwide. Joe received recognition for their contribution to the company's achievements, including awards from PC Magazine and Small Business Computing.

Joe went on to join Pinnacol Assurance in September 2013. Joe initially served as a Claims Representative, proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely payments to policyholders and claimants. Joe then advanced to the role of Associate Underwriter in August 2015, gaining experience in underwriting and analyzing evidence to make accurate claim determinations. In January 2018, they were promoted to Underwriter, overseeing accounts of various sizes and presenting underwriting programs to current and potential customers. Joe's strong analytical skills and understanding of alternative pricing models were instrumental in their role.

In November 2019, Joe took on the role of Business Development Rep Supervisor at Pinnacol Assurance, where they led a team of representatives in driving business growth and expanding the customer base. Eventually, in August 2023, they became a Business Director, assuming higher-level responsibilities within the company.

Joe Rutigliano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Montclair State University. Joe attended the university from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Joe has also obtained various certifications related to management and leadership skills. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in December 2020 and include certifications in areas such as team motivation, boosting productivity, coaching employees, leadership skills, managing teams, and measuring team performance.
