Kathryn L. has several years of work experience in various industries. Kathryn began their career in 2002 as a Student Volunteer at the Student Center Programming and Advisory Board at the University of Delaware. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Service Representative at the Social Security Administration, where they handled requests for Social Security cards and assisted with disability, retirement, and Supplemental Security Income programs. In 2012, they served as an Administrative Assistant at The Laurel Hill School, responsible for paperwork, correspondence, and student evaluations. In 2013, they joined Pinnacol Assurance, first as a Business Service Representative, providing customer service and reviewing independent contractor applications. Kathryn then became a Special Investigations Assistant, conducting background investigations and obtaining information from various databases and departments. Most recently, they assumed the role of Senior Investigations Research Analyst at Pinnacol Assurance.
