Linda Silver, MS has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Linda started their career at Comstor as a Commodities Category Manager, where they successfully optimized purchasing and materials management, resulting in reduced costs and improved operational efficiency. Linda then moved on to Sun Microsystems as a Service Product Manager, where they developed and launched new service solutions, identified opportunity gaps in customer relationships, and established a customer loyalty program that generated new revenue and increased customer satisfaction.

At U.S. Cable, Linda served as a Customer Service Lead and Call Center Manager, where they cultivated a high-performing team, enhanced productivity and performance, and implemented improvement initiatives to streamline customer service processes.

Most recently, Linda worked at Pinnacol Assurance as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Experience Representative.
