Mike Jones

Mike Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike began their career in 1995 at Fiserv Investment Support Services, where they served as a Project Manager and Business Analyst until 2007. Following that, they joined Xcel Energy as an Analyst from July 2007 to November 2008. In 2008, they transitioned to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where they held the position of Manager/Senior Project Manager from December 2008 to April 2013. Currently, Mike is employed at Pinnacol Assurance, initially serving as a Senior Project Manager from June 2013 to November 2015, then advancing to the role of Program Manager until July 2022. Since July 2022, they have been the Director of Delivery Services at Pinnacol Assurance.

Mike Jones attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Delivery at Scale certification from ICAgile in July 2021. Mike also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, although it is unclear when exactly they obtained these certifications.
