Sarah Bourquin

Sarah Bourquin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sarah started their career as an Administrative Assistant at City Limits Property Management in 2009. After a year, they moved on to become an Office Manager at the same company. In 2010, Sarah joined Green Manning & Bunch as an Administrative Assistant and gradually progressed to become an Executive Assistant & Database Coordinator. Sarah then took on the role of Operations Supervisor before leaving the company in 2015.

In 2015, Sarah joined CoBiz Financial Inc. as an IT Applications Analyst, where they worked for a year before transitioning to a new opportunity.

Since 2016, Sarah has been with Pinnacol Assurance, where they have held various roles. Sarah started as a Project Manager and later became a Scrum Master. In 2021, they were promoted to Agile Delivery Supervisor and continued in this role until 2023. Currently, Sarah is working as an Agile Delivery Manager at Pinnacol Assurance.

Sarah Bourquin attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2022, they also acquired the certifications of Certified Agile Leadership for Teams from Scrum Alliance and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile.
