Tom Hales

Tom Hales has worked in a variety of roles in the Quality Assurance field since 1978, starting with a summer help role at CCI. Tom then worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at MedImmune from 2011-2012, followed by a Quality Manager role at Lab Support, a division of On Assignment in 2012. In the same year, they took on a Quality Assurance Supervisor role at Accupac. From 2013-2014, they were a CAPA Investigator at Pharma-Bio Serv and a Validation Consultant at Pi Technology. From 2014-2019, they worked as a Quality Control Technician at DSM Medical. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Validation Consultant and Validation Project Manager at Pinnaql Inc., and is currently a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at PPD.

Tom Hales attended Saint Joseph's University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
