Lita Brydie currently serves as the Climate Equity and Community Outreach Manager at the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) since March 2023. Lita has also been a Producer at Pinney Insurance Center, Inc. since September 2020, holding a licensed life insurance agent position. Prior to these roles, Lita worked for the State of California from December 2014 to March 2023 in various capacities, including Regulatory Review Analyst, Public Engagement and Council Clerk, and Business Lead. Lita holds a Professional Science Masters in Environmental Sociology from Oregon State University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
