Senior Consultant at Pinpoint HRM

Sarah Lally is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder consultation, and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Pinpoint HRM since January 2017, Lally specializes in HCM projects, particularly within the NSW Health Recruitment and Onboarding program. Prior to this role, Lally was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Challenger Limited, where significant contributions were made to the implementation of the Taleo Recruitment & Onboarding system. Lally also held various positions at Downer, where recruitment activities in the Corporate division were led, along with participation in key talent projects. Additional experience includes roles as an Internal Recruiter at Invensys Rail and as an Onsite Recruiter & HR Coordinator at Thales Australia. Lally holds a Masters of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a background in Economics and Social Science.
