Sathesh Ramaswamy

Sathesh Ramaswamy is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human capital management and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Pinpoint HRM since January 2020, Sathesh previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Infosys from January 2007 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Projects for McDermott Inc. This involved the global rollout of talent modules and integration with Finance and Procurement systems. Earlier, Sathesh worked as a System Analyst at Satyam Computer Services, Ltd, from June 2001 to December 2006, focusing on PeopleSoft Projects for core HR and benefits support at State Farm Insurance.
