Ellen Preston- Gelderd

Ellen Preston-Gelderd is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Environmental Associate at Pinsent Masons since October 2023. Previously, Ellen has been a Trainee Solicitor at Schofield Sweeney Solicitors since August 2019, completing rotations in Environmental, Regulatory and Planning, Commercial Property, and Commercial law. Ellen also held the position of Environmental, Regulatory and Planning Paralegal during this time. Prior experience includes roles as a People and Culture Assistant and Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Medical Protection Society from November 2016 to August 2019, a Property Portfolio Manager at Northside Business Park from August 2015 to November 2016, a Graduate Case Handler at Santander Bank, N.A. from August 2014 to July 2015, and a Research Intern for MP Catherine Smith at The Labour Party from September 2013 to June 2014. Ellen's educational background includes a Law LPC obtained from The University of Law and a Graduate Diploma in Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Lancaster University.
