Gerry Beausang

Gerry Beausang is a Partner at Pinsent Masons with extensive experience in advising clients on various domestic and cross-border transactional matters such as M&A deals, private equity deals, equity capital markets, corporate governance, and corporate reorganisations. Prior to their current role, Gerry was a Partner at ByrneWallace LLP where Gerry worked on public and private transactions including IPOs, fundraisings, and corporate reorganisations. Gerry has also worked as a Senior Associate at Eversheds and an Associate at Matheson, gaining experience in a broad range of transactional work. Gerry started their legal career as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills in the Energy & Utilities Group. Gerry is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
