Mark Shaw

Mark Shaw is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as a Partner - Solicitor & Advocat à la Cour at Pinsent Masons since July 2022, specializing in the structuring and distribution of various funds. Prior to this role, Mark held key positions including Director of the UK Chapter at the Hedge Fund Association and Partner, Head of the London Office at Wildgen, a Luxembourg law firm, where Mark established the London office and achieved Tier 1 recognition by the Legal 500. Mark's extensive career features roles at notable firms such as Chenavari Investment Managers and SEI, focusing on legal counsel for alternative investment strategies, fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and asset management. Mark began a legal training contract at McGrigors after obtaining a Law degree from the University of Birmingham and a PGDLP from The College of Law.
