Ansoo Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ansoo started their career in 1997 as an Executive at First City and Parenting Magazine, where they worked until 2000. Ansoo then joined Star TV as a Manager and remained there until 2003. During this time, they played a key role in managing and promoting The History Channel brand for National Geographic Channel - India. Ansoo then worked at AETN All Asia Networks as a Consultant in 2007. In 2006, they joined Pinstorm as the COO, where they focused on helping brands develop real connections with customers in digital ecosystems and executing digital programs for sales growth. In 2017, Ansoo founded a social enterprise called OneShoe Trust, which focuses on sustainable tourism and developing a model for the sustainable growth of rural tourism in Raigad, Maharashtra.

Ansoo Gupta's education history includes a certificate course in Data Science & Machine Learning from HarvardX in 2020.
