Ali Wahyu Imanullah has a broad range of work experience. Ali Wahyu began their career in 2014 as a Delegate and Assistant Coach at Harvard World Model United Nations. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant at Universitas Indonesia (UI) and a Project Officer for the Indonesian Foreign Policy Review at Himpunan Mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional Universitas Indonesia (HMHI UI). In 2016, they worked as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2017, they worked as a Business Analyst at Excellerate Labs. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Grab, where they held the roles of Country Product Manager - Indonesia, Growth Product Owner, and Special Projects Executive - Supply Growth & Management. Since 2021, they have been working as Head of the Founder's Office at Pintarnya, a technology startup based in Indonesia, and as a Consultant to the Founder's Office. Ali Wahyu has also been a Research Assistant at the Institute of Water Policy - Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy since 2021, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy since 2021. In 2015, they were also a Director of ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) at Indonesia Model United Nations.
Ali Wahyu Imanullah has a diverse education background. Ali Wahyu attended SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta from 2009-2012 and then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Indonesia from 2012-2016. Ali Wahyu is currently pursuing a dual Master's degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the National University of Singapore, with a focus on Applied Economics and Econometrics, which they expect to complete in 2022.
