Aaron Tidman serves as the Director & Assistant General Counsel for Compliance at Pinterest, leading the global regulatory compliance team with a focus on DSA and OSA compliance. Tidman has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles, having previously held positions such as Interim Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel & Regional Compliance Lead at Pinterest. Prior to Pinterest, Tidman worked at Gilead Sciences as Senior Counsel for the Anti-Corruption Team, and at Mintz as an Associate specializing in white-collar criminal defense and FCPA investigations. Additional experience includes roles at various law firms and organizations, including Obama for America and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Tidman holds a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
