Adam Mahoney

Adam Mahoney, M.S., is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in employee success and support services. Currently serving as the People Care Team Leader at Pinterest, Adam has been instrumental in establishing a structured People Care Team to enhance HR support globally. Previously, Adam held various leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Manager of Employee Success Shared Services, where Adam led global initiatives to optimize employee services and support over 32,000 employees. Adam's earlier experience at Apple Inc. included strategic roles in HRIS support and talent development, managing programs for over 100,000 employees worldwide. Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dominican University of California.
