Amy Runner is a seasoned design program manager with extensive experience leading teams and managing complex projects across various sectors, including technology and creative resources. Currently, at Pinterest as a Team Manager of Design Program Management, Amy oversees a team of six, focusing on enhancing design quality and efficiency. Previous roles include Director of Creative Resources at SmileDirectClub, where Amy drove the alignment of in-house talent with marketing projects, and Senior Project Manager at Metacake LLC, managing numerous branding and web design projects. Amy's skillset encompasses design operations, client relations, and project management, with a solid foundation in design and coordination from earlier positions at Pentagram and numerous other respected organizations.
