Anna Martinelli

Anna Martinelli is currently the HRBP Lead for Global Sales at Pinterest. Prior to this, they were the Interim Head of People at Omada Health, and before that, the People Operations Manager at Stride Health.

Anna has always been passionate about creating optimal levels of engagement, productivity, and happiness for employees. Anna does this by talent development initiatives, people processes, fair compensation and benefits, and employee events.

Anna is also a big proponent of open communication, and has an open door policy for anyone who wants to speak with her. Anna truly believes that happy employees are the key to a successful company.

Anna Martinelli received a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Business, Organizations & the Economy from Stanford University. Anna also holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, where they minored in Communication.
