Carly Cobbold boasts extensive experience in customer operations, product marketing, and engineering across various industries. Carly began as a Process Quality Intern at Pratt & Whitney Power Systems and progressed to key roles in customer experience and operations at Jumia Nigeria, managing customer service and significantly improving net promoter scores. With a solid engineering foundation from GE Aviation, Carly held multiple positions including Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer, enhancing productivity and quality assurance. Transitioning to the consumer goods sector, Carly served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Thank God It's Natural, where a remarkable increase in retail distribution and customer acquisition was achieved. Education includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Currently, Carly is employed at Pinterest, focusing on product marketing within merchant integration and catalogs.
