Krista Cox

Krista Cox is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, compliance, ethics, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest, Krista has held significant roles at Etsy as Director and Global Head of Privacy Legal and Regulatory, and at Twitter as Senior Counsel for Product. At Meta, Krista was the Lead Product Counsel for Ads Products, leading a team focused on advertiser targeting and content moderation policies. Previous experience includes teaching Copyright Law as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law, directing policy and legal counsel at the Association of Research Libraries, and managing legal issues at Knowledge Ecology International. Krista holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. in English from UC Santa Barbara.
