Shawn Bell has a diverse professional background spanning various roles, primarily in program management, law enforcement, and historical preservation. Experience includes serving as Program Coordinator for the Snohomish County Music Project, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and instructor recruitment. As a Master At Arms in the US Navy, supervision and training of junior Sailors were key duties. At Meta, Shawn developed operational workflows and managed content integrity for Facebook and Instagram, before transitioning to Pinterest as Lead Product Policy Manager.
