Eugenia Nicolaev has a diverse work experience. Eugenia started their career as an Expert Recruiter for a cultural and educational foundation in Timisoara in 2014, where they focused on recruiting and training individuals from the Northeast region. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Recruiter at Icep Hotel School, where they remained until 2018. During this time, their responsibilities included recruitment activities. In 2018, Eugenia joined Pinum Doors&Windows as the Marketing Director, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are the Manager at Pinum Doors&Windows in Iasi.

Eugenia obtained a Diploma de master in Inovare si antreprenoriat from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from the period of 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they earned a Diploma de licență in Finanțe și bănci from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași.
In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired an EFSET 89 Advanced (CEFR C1) certification from EF Education First, although no specific dates are provided for its completion.
