Daniel Eder is currently the Head of Content & Customer Experience at Pion, where Daniel leads the content strategy, merchandising, operations, and customer services to enhance the overall customer experience. Daniel also holds the position of Head of Product Operations, overseeing an international team focused on delivering a seamless experience for global clients and active users. Daniel has previous experience in various roles such as Content Manager and Web Producer. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Communication, and Cultures from Leeds Beckett University, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.
