Chris Bell is currently serving as a Councilman for the Village of South Russell since January 2022. Chris holds the position of Chairman for both the Streets Committee and the Building Committee. With over a decade of experience at Pioneer Athletics, Chris currently holds the position of Director of Marketing Communications & Human Resources. Prior to that, Chris worked at the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors for over a decade, starting as a Public Relations Coordinator and working their way up to Assistant Executive Director. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from The University of Akron and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public Relations from Kent State University.
