Lance Jeppson

Lance Jeppson has a strong background in banking, with extensive experience in various roles within several different organizations. Lance started their career at Merchants Bank NA in 1999, where they worked in loan review until 2001. Lance then joined Wells Fargo in 2004 as a personal banker and later transitioned to a business relationship manager, holding that position until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Lance worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Vice President Senior Premier Banker. Following this, they joined Anchor Bank, N.A. as a Vice President Commercial Banking, where they worked until 2017. Lance then moved to MidWestOne Bank and served as Vice President Commercial Banking for a year. Currently, Lance is working at Pioneer Bank, where they hold the position of President since May 2019, and prior to that, they served as Vice President Business Banking from 2018 to 2019.

Lance Jeppson's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Winona State University. Lance attended Winona State University from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. James from 1985 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Lance Jeppson has obtained certifications in the field of finance. Lance received the Life, Accident & Health Insurance certification from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in March 2014. Lance also obtained the Series 63 and Series 6 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in January 2014 and December 2013 respectively.
