Alan Lustre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Pioneer since June 2021, Alan has also held positions such as Director of Operations and Director of Client Development within the same company. Prior to this, Alan worked at P&R Enterprises, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2021, where roles included Director of Strategic Development and Contract Manager. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from George Mason University's Costello College of Business and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Virginia Community College.
