Caitlin Higdon

Caitlin Higdon is an experienced compliance and case management professional with a strong background in human services. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Pioneer Center for Human Services since May 2013, Caitlin oversees regulatory, licensure, and accreditation activities, ensuring organizational compliance with laws such as HIPAA and the Illinois Confidentiality Act, while managing formal complaint processes and collaborating on performance improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Compliance Manager and Compliance Coordinator at the same organization, as well as Case Manager at UMOM New Day Centers and Empact-SPC, where Caitlin provided essential case management and advocacy services. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
