Frank Samuel

Frank Samuel is the current CEO at Pioneer Center for Human Services. Prior to this, they served as a consultant for PAWS Chicago from January 2014 to December 2015, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from June 2010 to October 2010, and PepsiCo from December 2009 to April 2010. Frank also volunteered as a consultant for the City of Lake Forest from July 2009 to December 2009.

Frank has experience in financial planning and budgeting, advising on new software applications and implementations, and leading projects for internal development. Frank is skilled in sales reporting and administration, and has trained and transitioned sales reporting using Business Objects to staff.

Frank is dedicated to their work and takes on various roles to support the organizations they are a part of. Frank is an asset to any team and has a proven track record of success in their previous positions.

Frank Samuel has a MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
