Jon Michael Chia

Jon Michael Chia is an experienced assurance and governance professional with a career spanning over 16 years in various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Assurance Manager at Pioneer Credit Limited since July 2025, Jon previously held roles at Capricorn Society from July 2018 to July 2025, including Governance & Assurance and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior experience includes Assistant Manager at KPMG Australia from March 2017 to July 2018 and Manager at EY from November 2008 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing internal audits and compliance reviews across the US Southeast region.
