Janelle Rans

Janelle Rans has been a dedicated 2nd grade teacher at Pioneer Elementary School since July 2015, focusing on reading, writing, language arts, math, science, and social studies instruction in a Title 1 setting, while also serving as a high ability representative for the grade level. In addition to teaching, Janelle Rans has experience as a Social Media Manager, creating digital content for various platforms, and serves as an Office Assistant at Fluid Technologies, where responsibilities include organizing construction-related documents and developing the company website. Janelle Rans has also coached softball for grades 6-8 at Pioneer Jr. High and worked as a Title 1 Aide assisting students needing additional help in reading and math. Janelle Rans began the teaching journey as a student teacher in a 3rd-grade classroom and holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Kokomo.
