Adam Hayman

Adam Hayman has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently employed at Pioneer Federal Credit Union since September 2016, Adam holds the positions of Programmer and Computer Operations Specialist, focusing on helpdesk functions and network infrastructure design. Adam's prior roles include serving as a Customer Service Representative at DIRECTV from June 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included technical support and customer retention, and as a Technical Support Representative at Dell from January 2002 to November 2004. Adam is also a student at the College of Western Idaho, pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Cisco Networking and Security Technologies, with expected graduation in May 2016. Adam completed high school education at Borah High School, earning a diploma in 1994.
