Melissa Thometz, CUDE, currently serves as Regional Manager and previously held the position of Branch Manager at Pioneer Federal Credit Union since March 2018. Melissa has been a Board Member for the Northwest Credit Union Association Capitol Chapter since February 2018 and served on the CUNA Young Professional Advisory Committee from February 2017 to December 2019. In addition, Melissa was a member of the CLIMB Idaho Executive Committee in 2018. Prior experience includes a Branch Manager role at CapEd Credit Union from December 2010 to March 2018, where oversight of branch operations, staff mentoring, business development, and member assistance were key responsibilities. Melissa completed education at Boise State University and graduated from Borah High School between 2000 and 2003.
