Jeffrey Smith is an accomplished IT Manager at Pioneer Federal Credit Union since September 2015, with prior experience as Personnel Systems Manager at both Hyperion Biotechnology, Inc. and Alutiiq, Business Services. Jeffrey's expertise includes database management of enterprise SQL systems and providing technical support to Human Resources. Before transitioning to the private sector, Jeffrey served as a Human Resources Manager in the US Air Force for over two decades, managing personnel records and operations. Jeffrey holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.
