Shanen Sinden has extensive experience in sea freight and imports at Pioneer Freight since January 2023. Prior to that, Shanen worked at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since September 2010, where duties included handling air freight detainments and assisting branches in Durban and Johannesburg. Shanen also has a diploma in international trade and transport with specializations in shipping practices, dangerous goods regulations, international airfreight procedures, customs clearing, and forwarding from Y-2-k Customs Academy.
