Ashwin is a vocal champion of talent development and has sponsored a programme that drove innovation and cross-pollination of emerging leaders globally.

Ashwin Kumar has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management / Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and General from the University of Chicago. Ashwin also attended Cathedral & John Connon School.
