Leonard Deleon is an experienced programmer and business owner with a strong background in CNC machining and tool design. With a tenure at Pioneer Human Services since January 2018, Leonard specializes in programming, while simultaneously managing Evolution CNC LLC, a company dedicated to maximizing efficiency through advanced tool-path technologies and offering a range of engineering services. Previous roles include Programmer/Tool Designer at E3 Elite Engineering Services and Programmer at Royell Manufacturing Inc., where expertise in hard and soft metal programming and tool design was developed. Leonard also has a foundational background as a Manual Machinist and Machinist/Programmer across various companies. Holding two Associate's degrees from Lower Columbia College in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Tool Technology, Leonard combines technical education with extensive industry experience.
