Pioneer Human Services
Rowen Castillo is an experienced Case Manager at Pioneer Human Services, with a strong background in supporting individuals in residential reentry and co-occurring disorder programs. Since September 2019, Rowen has held various roles, including Resident Monitor, Health Coordinator, and Residential Treatment Specialist, while providing guidance and support to clients transitioning back into community life and managing integrated health needs. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Safeway, where effective problem-solving and customer service skills were developed, and serving as an AmeriCorps Financial Empowerment Associate at the United Way of King County, where Rowen helped manage volunteers and support low to moderate income families. Rowen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts degree from Green River College.
