Adam started their career as a Project Manager at Columbus Glass & Mirror in 2014, where they focused on commercial fenestration applications. Adam then joined Pioneer Industrial Systems, LLC in 2018 as an Account Manager, responsible for managing existing accounts, seeking new opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends. In 2020, Adam became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Robotic Maintenance Vehicles, where they continued to excel in their sales and account management role.
