Troy Martin

Troy Martin has over 25 years of work experience in the engineering field. Troy started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Richmond Machine Company in 1996 and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Pioneer Industrial Systems, LLC, where they held various roles including Mechanical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Innovation Manager. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Quoting, and later transitioned to the position of Director of Quoting & Purchasing in 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering at Pioneer Industrial Systems, LLC.

Troy Martin attended Tri-State University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
