Michael Miano

Michael Miano is currently working as the ICT Manager-Network Infrastructure & Security at Pioneer Insurance since January 2023. Prior to this, Michael served as the Assistant Manager-Network and Infrastructure at Pioneer Assurance Company and as an ICT Administrator at Zamara Kenya. Michael's experience includes improving network performance, enhancing network security, aligning IT deployment with organizational objectives, and troubleshooting reported problems to reduce system downtime. Michael holds a BSC.IT degree in Distributed Systems from KCA University.
