Ben Walters is a seasoned marketing professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the cannabis industry and consumer goods. As the Founder and CMO of Pioneer Intelligence, Ben specializes in data analytics and provides actionable insights to enhance marketing performance for cannabis brands. Prior to this, Ben served as the Regional Marketing Director at Ayr Wellness Inc., where responsibilities included leading marketing operations across multiple states and integrating retail brands. Ben's mentoring roles at MassChallenge and XRC Labs demonstrate a commitment to supporting early-stage businesses. Prior experience includes a Marketing Director position at Beats by Dre, where Ben played a key role in establishing the brand in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as founding OSPOP, a pioneering fashion brand in China. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Michigan.
