Gaurang Gandhi is the Founder and Managing Director of Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. (PINC), leading the company's transformation from a lease syndication business since 1985 into a comprehensive financial services organization. Gaurang Gandhi has provided advisory services to various sectors, including infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, real estate, consumer durables, engineering, and financial services. Prior to establishing PINC, Gaurang Gandhi served as a Project Officer in the Appraisal Department at ICICI Bank from 1980 to 1983, where efforts were focused on the emerging concept of lease syndication. Gaurang Gandhi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics and is a graduate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
