Molly Koenen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management, human resources, and consulting. As the Owner & Partner of Pioneer Management Consulting since November 2018, Molly specializes in aligning diverse teams towards strategic objectives. Previously, as Global Leader for Organizational Change Management at Cargill, Molly led a sizable team on high-priority corporate initiatives. Molly also contributed significantly at Slalom as Solution Principal for Organizational Effectiveness and held various strategic roles at Target, including Director of Strategy and Communication for Field HR. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting across multiple sectors. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict and a Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies from St. Catherine University.
