David Dettman

David Dettman is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental health and safety, process control, and research and development. Since October 2011, David has held multiple roles at Pioneer Metal Finishing, including Corporate EHS Manager and Corporate Environmental Leader, where responsibilities include providing technical training, maintaining best practices through audits, and coaching plant leaders to ensure quality production. Prior to this, David worked as a Laboratory Analyst at Ortho Molecular Products, conducting lab tests and ensuring compliance with FDA specifications. Additionally, experience as a Fisheries Technician with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources involved field data collection and management. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
