Deanna Varble has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Deanna began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Eric Mower + Associates in 2000, where they assisted with the launch materials for Ford Focus and worked with Not for Profit clients. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Document Specialist at IKON Document Services. In 2003, Varble joined New Energy Works and Pioneer Millworks as a Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer, where they played a key role in repositioning New Energy Works Timberframers to market to high-end homebuilders. Deanna then transitioned to Dixon Schwabl Advertising in 2008, where they held multiple roles including Interactive Designer, Interactive Strategist, and ultimately Director of Interactive. During their time at Dixon Schwabl Advertising, Varble managed a team of interactive designers and programmers, worked on projects for clients such as Black & Decker and Frontier Communications, and was part of a highly-selected competing team for clients like Wegmans. In 2011, they moved on to Flower City Habitat for Humanity, where they initially served as a Communications Associate Manager and later as a Communications Manager. Deanna was responsible for all marketing and communications for the Habitat for Humanity Affiliate in Rochester, NY, and achieved numerous successes including over 100 online, print, and media hits yearly since 2011 for Flower City Habitat stories. In 2016, Varble served as an AmeriCorps Site Manager at Flower City Habitat for Humanity and also worked as a Creative Director at both New Energy Works Timberframers and Pioneer Millworks, being a part of the ESOP Board of Directors at both companies. Deanna worked with these companies to inspire great marketing. Overall, Varble has a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and communications.

Deanna Varble's education history began in 1998 when they attended Buffalo State University for two years, studying Public Relations. Deanna then transferred to Rochester Institute of Technology in 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Deanna completed their studies at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004.
