Victoria Peña

Victoria Peña has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Victoria currently serves as a Lead Accountant I at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Accountant II at the same company from April 2022 to January 2024.

Before joining Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Victoria worked at Concho as a Revenue Accountant from October 2017 to September 2021. Victoria also served as a Revenue Accountant at Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. from August 2014 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Victoria worked as a Corporate Accountant at Basic Energy Services from September 2010 to December 2012. Victoria also worked as an Accountant II at Key Energy Services from September 2008 to September 2010.

Victoria began their accounting career at InHome Care Inc as a Staff Accountant from June 2005 to September 2008. Victoria then worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at TriLiteral, LLC from August 2004 to April 2005.

Their first professional experience was as an intern at J. Shaw Skinner, CPA from June 2001 to August 2001. Throughout their career, Victoria has gained valuable expertise in various accounting roles, preparing their for their current leadership position at Pioneer Natural Resources Company.

Victoria Peña obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University in the period of 2000 to 2004. Prior to this, they also achieved an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution.
