Weldon Pierson

Weldon Pierson has a strong background in reservoir engineering, with experience spanning multiple companies such as Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Oxy, Altura Energy Ltd., and Amoco Production Co. Currently serving as the Sr. EOR Manager at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Weldon is responsible for overseeing high-pressure gas enhanced oil recovery strategy and execution. With a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, Weldon also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at the Texas Tech University College of Engineering.
