Frank Bailey

Frank Bailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing leadership across the recreational products industry. Currently serving as the COO of Pioneer Products Inc. since April 2015, Frank oversees complex machined and assembled pressure tight castings, focusing on customized processes for efficiency. Previously, at Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), Frank held multiple key positions including Director of Operations for Marine Propulsion Systems where oversight included machining and assembly operations across multiple locations. Frank's leadership during the merger of Evinrude and Rotax engine operations was pivotal in managing U.S. engine design and supply chain functions. A graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, Frank's educational background supports a robust career in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
