Dani Johnson

Dani Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dani started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at DMA in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Peak Hosting as a Technical Sourcer from 2013 to 2016. Dani then moved on to Redfin as a Technical Recruiter from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Dani joined Facebook as a Diversity Recruiting professional. Dani then joined Heptio in 2018 as a Senior Recruiter, where they played a crucial role in growing the team. Currently, they are working at Pioneer Square Labs as a Recruiting Lead, where they help establish partnerships for the startup studio and venture capital fund.

Dani Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Seattle University. Dani also obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS in July 2016.
