Travis E. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Travis started their career at Frankenmuth Insurance in 2006, where they worked as a Commercial Lines Audit evaluator, ensuring accuracy in payroll and income audits. Travis then transitioned to the role of Auto Claims Adjuster, handling claims for various types of vehicles. Later, Travis served as a Senior Casualty Adjuster, reviewing and resolving third-party claims in different industries. In 2015, they joined Pioneer State Mutual Insurance Company as a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter, evaluating policies and assisting agency partners. Travis then advanced to the position of Commercial Lines Underwriter, applying underwriting judgment and pricing insurance business. Travis currently holds the role of Director of Product Development at Pioneer State Mutual Insurance Company, where they research and coordinates the development of new policies and enhancements while managing the Product Development staff.

Travis E. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2009. Travis then pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university between 2013 and 2015. In 2010, Travis attended the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, where they obtained a CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) degree with a focus on Commercial Insurance by 2013. Additionally, Travis acquired several certifications from the Insurance Institute of America, including AIC (Associate in Claims), AAI (Accredited Adviser in Insurance), AINS (Associate in General Insurance), and AIS (Associate in Insurance Services), during the period from 2007 to 2011. To enhance their expertise in insurance, Travis pursued a Certified Insurance Counselor certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, which they completed between 2015 and 2017.
